Position Details
Pay: Pneumatic Drivers — Paid by Load
Type of Freight: Bulk / Tanker
Freight Handling:
Some touch freight (unloading pneumatic trailers)
Training: Paid training provided for qualified candidates.
Benefits and Incentives
Sign-On Bonus: $3,000-$5,000 depending on experience over a 12 month period
Insurance available after 90 days
401(k) with company match
1 week paid vacation after 1 year
2 weeks paid vacation after 2 years

Available to full-time employees only.
Qualifications
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
Acceptable driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years)
Ability to pass a DOT drug screen
Additional Information
Interview Process: Qualified candidates will be contacted to schedule an interview. All interviews and company meetings will require travel to Bondurant, Iowa with compensation.
