The trailer itself alone goes for around $3,500 new, but this one’s been upgraded and partially converted into a camper setup.

• Fully framed, enclosed, and painted (water-based latex paint for water resistance)
• Exterior water-protected and sealed
• Electrical outlets already installed and shore power hooked up (ready to plug in)
• Tires brand new
• Trailer in excellent condition, no issues

• All interior wall paneling and wood to finish the build
• Extra 2x2s, 2x4s, sheet metal, and other materials inside
• Just needs insulation (the only missing piece to complete the camper interior)

• The original rear gate/ramp has been removed to make room for the camper setup
• Great for someone who wants to finish the build as a mobile tiny home, camper, or cargo hauler
• Can also be stripped down and re-used as a pure utility trailer or resell the materials inside
