Requirements:
• Proven experience installing replacement windows and patio doors
• Ability to install interior finished trim and stops with a professional appearance
• Ability to fabricate and install aluminum exterior wrap cleanly and correctly
• Strong attention to detail and jobsite cleanliness
• Reliable transportation and proper installation equipment
• General liability insurance (required)
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Ability to interact respectfully with homeowners
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
