2 friends looking to share room (Cedar Rapids)

Hi, we're Terry and Twitch. We are on the Westdale side of town and want to leave a crappy trailer to be closer to our jobs in the Hiawatha/Marion area of Cedar Rapids. We're working with a budget of $500-$700. We are looking to either share a room in a house or a studio/one bedroom apartment in a shared building.

We both work for Raising Cane's 5+ days a week. We are clean and quiet, but sociable. I like to make dinner a lot, Twitch likes being out in nature. We enjoy watching movies as much as going on hikes. We don't have pets but we like animals. We're nerds, ask us about our Goosebumps collection.

Will provide info on credit check if asked. We would want to meet the owner/landlord and be able to look at the property beforehand. Shoot us a message if we seem like a good fit.
