House location is NE side near edge of the country-- 1 Room available for rent in my charming two story house along with private bath and full use of finished basement family room. No smoking, no pets and no illegal drugs of any kind. These are the must not's! Again NO Smoking, NO PETS and NO Drugs allowed! That said,,.
House is located in a nice area of Cedar Rapids with great location for shopping, eating, churches and banking. Room has large walk-in closet, large window and includes direct access to downstairs bathroom/shower and family room to use. Includes kitchen, laundry, dining table privileges upstairs. Also, back yard privileges (there is a large deck and grill/fire pit). Parking is on the driveway as designated or on the street. Looking for one roommate only with integrity who can handle $640. per month for Rent and Utilities(including WIFI). Must be flexible on utility usage. Available soon, within 1 week of applying.
