I’m looking for a room mate. Prefer a younger female, no kids and no pets, but will consider all serious inquiries. . This is a nice 2 bdrm 2 bath house in northeast Cedar Rapids. Rent is $1000 a month and bills are roughly $400 a month. Your share would be $500 a month. I’ve lived here for over 6 years so house is furnished ex: couch, love seat, kitchen table w/chairs etc. All you would need is a bed, a dresser and personal belongings. If you have a lot of “stuff” etc you might need a storage garage, but a moderate amount of “stuff” can be stored in the dry basement. Serious inquiries only!!!!!!!!
