I am currently working as a field-based Service Technician in the banking automation industry. My scope of work includes maintaining, upgrading, diagnosing/repairing ATM's, drive up tubing systems, and other bank related equipment.
Prior to this, my background included fuel dispensing work, POS installations and maintenance, and environmental management (mechanical and electronic leak detection and prevention). Within that industry I operated as both a field based technician and a Service Manager. During that time, I also developed and operated a Facilities Maintenance Department that provided mechanical/operational support to a fleet of convenience stores. This involved coordinating and overseeing employees, contractors, and vendors to facilitate the timely and cost-effective repairs and/or maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fuel dispensing items as they relate to the c-store environment. Also, my background includes performing Class A/B AST/UST inspections on a monthly and annual basis for a wide variety of client types. This includes Designated Operator inspections, Class C training of site personnel, ATG certifications, and related operations.
I have many years of experience troubleshooting and resolving tough issues. I have used this as a solid platform to build great customer relations while providing quality service. Having worked on "both sides of the equation" as a technician and as a supervisor, I can bring the experiences of management and service work together to make cost-effective, time conscious decisions, and plans. Keeping an open mind, listening and taking considerations of others, I am able to effectively attain a common goal. I strive to bring a high level of work ethic to every task I undertake.
This is a broad and general overview of my background. I am willing to have discussions with legitimate contacts and offers. Please contact me via Craigslist email and convince me that you are not a BOT, work from home scammer, or various other type of scoundrel found here, and I will promptly reply.
