In need of a part time maintenance person to work on older single family rental homes. Approximately 20-25 hours per week at $20 per hour. That person needs to have all their own tools and equipment, a drivers license and reliable transportation, and have experience in doing plumbing, lite electrical, carpentry, painting, cleaning, lifting heavy items, lawn mowing, snow shoveling, and anything else associated with doing general maintenance on rental houses. I furnish all materials for fixing things.
You will be working weekdays Mon-Fri, and be paid weekly on Fridays by check. You will have 6 major holidays off with pay. Having your own health insurance is a huge plus.
