Hiring / Partnering – Property Preservation Vendor - Linn & Benton county , Iowa
We are an established U.S.-based property preservation company looking for a reliable local partner/vendor in Linn & Benton county , Iowa
for ongoing work on vacant and foreclosed properties.
Scope of Work Includes:
- Property securing (lock changes, boarding)
- Trash outs / debris removal
- Lawn maintenance / grass cuts
- Minor repairs & handyman work
- Winterization (training provided if needed)
- Roof tarp & basic exterior work
- Property inspections & upkeep
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience in property preservation OR strong handyman background
- Must be dependable, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Able to handle multiple types of field work
- Own basic tools & transportation preferred
