Own and manage open staffing requisitions for assigned practices
Facilitate regular staffing or resource calls with practice and delivery leaders
Match internal consultants to project opportunities based on skills, experience, availability, and career goals
Communicate opportunities to consultants and prepare them for client discussions
Coordinate consultant submissions, interviews, and feedback with hiring managers
Requisition & Candidate Management
Assign recruiters to requisitions when internal or external sourcing is required
Process consultant profiles against requisitions, including resume preparation and profile updates
Notify practice leaders and hiring managers of submissions, availability, and status changes
Support contractor offers and onboarding coordination as needed
Bench & Workforce Management
Maintain and update the RF Bench repository with current resumes, profiles, and availability
Conduct structured searches to identify suitable consultants for open or upcoming roles
Recommend training or upskilling opportunities for consultants on the bench
Support bench reviews and ongoing workforce planning activities
Systems, Data & Process Ownership
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across staffing systems (e.g., ATS, internal resource tools)
Track submissions, cancellations, roll-offs, and assignment changes
Support reporting and summaries related to consultant availability and utilization
Contribute feedback to improve RF tools, processes, and automation initiatives
2–5+ years of experience in resource management, staffing, technical recruitment, or professional services
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
High attention to detail and comfort working with data and tracking systems
Ability to collaborate effectively with practice leaders, recruiters, consultants, and account teams
Experience with ATS or workforce management systems is an asset
Professional services, consulting, or technology industry experience is an asset
