All it needs the seat mounted. And the pulleys and belt put on. I have pulleys and belt. It was going to be set up for pulling. Put a blade on it and push snow or finish the way you want it. I have a 4 wheeler with a blade and plow on my truck. Serious calls only
It has 400+ in brand new tires.
