I have two lots in Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. They are in Memorial Lawn, Lot 162 and spaces #5 and #6.
If you were buying them from Cedar Memorial they would be $2,240 each. I would like to get $3500 for the two, or would sell one for $1,750, or make an offer.
I will pay the $50 fee to exchange title.
