Gorgeous, colorful 1975 Charles Barth lithograph called Over the Rainbow! Charles is from Cedar Rapids but has retired to Mexico where he now specializes in “Day of the Dead” -a Mexican holiday!
This would be great for an office, an avid fisherman, a bright family room, etc! Will continue to go up in value- he has work in the Cedar Rapids museum of art & several art museums around the US!
