Selling my single owner 2012 WRX STI Sedan. Recently moved into a 2 stall garage and no longer have room for my "fun" car. Would like it to go to a good home. The vehicle had an Outfront closed deck block installed @ 27k miles. With that build there were many other additional add ons. I have the build sheet and invoice for that service which was approximately $14500. I also have a long list of additional add ons that are installed on the vehicle also attached. I recently took it out of storage (had been sitting for over a year) and had the spark plugs changed, a fresh oil change, a new clutch and flywheel installed and we found the condenser had a small hole so we had that replaced at the time of service. Given the nature of the clutch and spark plug job, the engine was removed from the vehicle rather then the transmission. The tires are a few years old and may be slightly flat spotted. I notice a vibration when attempting to turn at highway speeds. In town it is fine. Below you will find a list of known issues that would need to be resolved after purchase. I try to be a full disclosure kind of guy. The vehicle runs and drives.

- The brakes need to be replaced ASAP. There is plenty of pad life, however, the pads that are currently on the vehicle do not adequately stop the vehicle under high speed heavy braking. They are fine for traditional driving but not for spirited driving. Because of this, anyone interested in purchasing the vehicle will need to pick it up with a truck and trailer or tow truck.
- The driver's rear axle boot has a tear and it should either have a new boot kit installed or a new axle.
- The vehicle is tuned on E85. I have run approximately 2 tanks of fresh fuel through it since its been running again, but I would suggest having the fuel injectors cleaned. It did sit for a little while with e85 in it and it does run fine but I feel it could run a little smoother at idle.
- There is a very small coolant leak at the top of the drivers side cylinder head gasket where there is some dried coolant. There is a small line at the seem that is approximately .5" in length but has not increased in size while I've been driving it, and it is not losing coolant from the overflow. The engine has ARP 625+ head studs installed so for anyone that would be interested in this, it should be a somewhat "simple" task to replace.
-5th gear has a scratch when going into gear. The gear is there and it will shift into it, but its possible the synchro is bad and will need replaced.
