Customer Service for National Building Materials Supply Company with office here in Cedar Rapids.
We serve both retail customers over phone and builders.
Assist Customers and vendors and shipping companies
Provide prompt, courteous, professional service to both customers and vendors
Be able to multi task and keep good notes and manage multiple assignments.
Be a team player and able to wear many hats as we are a small company. There is no time for boredom always look to be a problem solver and help create soltions and implement.
Be positive and professional. We have a great team and need more similar mindset.
Ability to rapidly navigate between, the following applications and systems:
Windows experience, MS Internet Explorer, Internet search engines, including but not limited to Google & Yahoo
Microsoft Office, including strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook and phone system experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, Motivated self-starter, Detail-oriented and results-driven, Positive thinking and team-oriented, Flexible and able to manage multiple assignments.
